Location
The center of Marbella is approximatly 6 km (bus stop close-by) away and it is approx. 2 km to the beach of Puerto Banús.

Residence
House (approx. 250 m²) with 5 rooms that can welcome up to 6 persons. There is an optically divided dining room, fire settings, TV room with a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a dish washer, a toaster, baking oven, grill and microwave. Electrical heaters, furnished terrace and sauna. Iron board at disposal. There is also a garden (850 m²) and a swimming pool (12x 8 m), garden furniture and a barbecue place. Garage included. There are 2 sleeping areas (double beds) and 2 bathrooms/WC (under-floor heating, hair dryer). 1 bedroom (separate beds) with bathroom/WC in a small apartment on the ground floor (separate entrance).

Customer information
The prices are flexible and depend on the length of the stay. The minimum duration of a stay is 7 nights. Package includes electricity, water, heating.
Bedlinen, towels (bathroom and kitchen) (changed once weekly). 1 baby bed for children up to 2 years, 1 extra bed (sleep couch) without surcharge.
