The restaurant, where the wood panelling provides a warm atmosphere, traditional Tuscan cuisine linked to the flavours of the area meets international cuisine, thus also satisfying the most refined palates. Here country tradition meets Tyrrhenian Sea fishermen’s tradition, so among specialities such as the typical Florentine ribollita, aubergine and boletus mushroom “Pappa”, and Chianina beef with rocket, there are fresh seafood dishes such as Caciucco alla Livornese or sea bass with aromatic herbs.
