15TH C. CONVENT
Location:
The Alhambra marks the urban setting, full of art and history, in which the Parador is located. After reaching Granada on the dual carriageway, access to the Parador is by the ring road, avoiding the
city centre, after following the signs to Motril, Sierra Nevada and Alhambra.
Parador description:
Its bedrooms offer exceptional views of the Generalife, the Secano gardens and the Albaicín, while the classical furniture and numerous portraits mark the decoration of the interior rooms. Under the
coffered ceiling of the dining room and the freshness of the summer terrace 'gazpacho andaluz' (cold tomato soup), 'tortilla de Sacromonte' (omelet) and 'piononos de Santa Fe' (typical sponge caked
soaked in liqueur) are offered.
What to eat...
Fresh Andalusian gazpacho. You have wonderful vistas from the restaurant and from the terrace over the Generalife gardens, while you taste delicious dishes such as Sacromonte omelette, Granada beans
with ham from Trévelez, and of course, the typical Andalusian 'gazpacho' (cold soup of vegetables). All vitamins.
